Dr. Kentosh is a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon currently in private practice in Peoria, Illinois. He graduated with honors from Indiana Wesleyan University and earned his medical degree with honors from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and his dermatology residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
Dr. Kentosh served 14 years as a naval officer and physician, where he trained and worked alongside elite diving, special warfare, and submarine units. During his service, he conducted research on military-specific dermatologic conditions, including traumatic wound care and amputee-related skin diseases.
As a former two-sport collegiate athlete and fitness model, Dr. Kentosh has long been passionate about health, performance, and physical optimization. His experience supervising the physical readiness of elite military personnel naturally led him to a deep interest in the emerging field of longevity medicine. With a foundation grounded in evidence-based conventional care, he now integrates this expertise to help patients reach their individual health and performance goals.

Dr. Ramirez is a Harvard-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon with over a decade of experience specializing in shoulder surgery and sports medicine. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised across multiple countries, Dr. Ramirez brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of the human body’s resilience and potential. As a former baseball and basketball athlete whose collegiate career was cut short by a shoulder injury, he developed an early passion for musculoskeletal health, recovery, and performance. He studied Genetics at the University of Kansas, graduating with distinction, and went on to earn his medical degree with honors from Harvard Medical School. His advanced surgical training took place at Union Memorial Hospital, Johns Hopkins, and the University of Maryland, where he honed his expertise in joint preservation, biomechanics, and minimally invasive techniques.
In addition to his surgical work, Dr. Ramirez has expanded his focus into longevity and regenerative medicine—combining his orthopedic foundation with cutting-edge therapies that support vitality, mobility, and health span.
